    Where can I go to sign my perental rigths over?
    My fience wants to sign his rites over, and the mother of his oldest child has agreed, but they do not know where to go or what to do for them to have this happen? They want to do this so that he does not have pay child support anymore, the mother is the one who came up with the idea, she does not like seeing him struggling, I have a 3yrd that is not his, and together we have a 2month old baby girl, the mother knows how it is trying to raise a family with half the pay check being gone, she wants him to not pay child support anymore. Where can they go to have this done, and what will they need for them to do this?

    The only way that he can forgo child support payments is if the child is adopted.
