    Sex offenders perental right
    Now my Question is, CAN a sex offender see my girls even though he is not on my children birth records but is their dad

    It depends on lots of things... like the level of sex offender he is, whether he's on probation or not, the state you're in, and lots of other things...

    Without knowing more. The answer is no. If he hasn't established paternity then he can't unless you say its OK. Now if he goes to court and fights to see them then he may get supervised visitation. Was the offense against an adult or a child ?
