    Electrical panel safety
    I moved in to a rental house and have been having problems with the electric one side of the panel says that the refrigerator ac dryer hotwater heater dinning room are feeding off that side it has 7 20amp breakers and one 40amp double pull braker on it we thought our dryer had gone bad but a 20 amp breaker was triping the dryer was runnig but not heating up what should be there this doesn't seam right

    You might ask the landlord to call the power company to make sure that you have not lost power to one of the phase bars.
