Ford 6l diesel problems

Put a04 6l in a03 because it blew up tried both turbos egr how come not as much power as before

Engin is running rough. Service eng light is on. Changed fuel filter but engin is still running rough. I can't just run down to my local Ford dealer because here in baja there isn't one. Is this a fuel sensor problem? Thanks
