    Ford 7.3 diesel problems
    Engin is running rough. Service eng light is on. Changed fuel filter but engin is still running rough. I can't just run down to my local Ford dealer because here in baja there isn't one.
    Is this a fuel sensor problem?

    Did you change both fuel filters and purge the fuel separator? It's best to also check/change the air filter every 5,000 miles or so. The link below may give you some ideas:
