GE 5KCP39FGS0715 Blower Fan is not working
Hi, I have 6 yrs old Carrier a/c unit Model # 38CKC060370, with a 1/4 hp GE motor (Model #5KCP39FGS0715) which stopped blowing cold air. The outside motor that operates the a/c unit is not running. There's power to the unit - I can here the relays click and compressor comes on when the breaker is turned on, but the motor/fan on the top of the unit is not running. Can it be a bad capacitor, motor or both? Any help is appreciated.
