    R I had not seen periods for about 2years and started using triphosil so now I stopped

    You may want to ask your doctor to test to see if you are actually ovulating even though you are now having periods. How long have they been regular?

    There are no foods that will necessarily help you get pregnant, but certainly eating healthy foods and making any other lifestyle changes that you know would be healthy would be wise. Taking care of yourself now, while trying to conceive, and during pregnancy are the best things you can do to insure a healthy pregnancy and baby. Would also be wise to start taking a good multivitamin or prenatal vitamin with 400-800 mcg of folic acid (folate) in it. This can help prevent certain birth defects that can occur very early in a pregnancy and also help if you don't have the best diet.

    Hi I'm 26 trying to conceive m currently not having periods but I feel like vomitting and crave for strange things how can I find out if I ovulate
