    What date does Arizona immigration law start to be enforced?
    How much plainer can my question be?

    The simple fact is that the Arizona law merely enforces the already enforce federal laws, it merely makes it now a state offense.

    So the laws were already suppose to be enforced nation wide, it is merely just not being enforced.
