She recently took my bf to court to try and get unsupervised visitation and they are awaiting the court order for that case. Any advice is appreciated.
I know this was an old post but I'm going the same problem right now. My 12 year old son has been sneeking down to the other side of our duplex where his mother lives and she is suppose to only have supervised visitation The problem is she is physically violent for no needed reason and thus they took him and two kids from a previous relationship. Oddly enough she is trying to get visitation modification and I have court in 3 days, and have to explain to the judge that she has been violating the court order. Tonight was about the third time in less then a year that I caught him sneeking down to her place unsupervised. She has a boy friend which could be considered supervised but he was also part of the reason he was removed to begin with. A call to 911 proved nothing because the court order is not a protection order or restraining order, so I'm told I need to address this in court and have the judge issue one.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's (especially an old thread). This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Yes, if the NCP is violating a visitation order, especially for supervised visitation, then you have to go to the court to have the order enforced.

But I think you have another problem. You need to find out why the son is sneaking to see his mother.

Id like to add that living so close to the mother actually represents a threat and one of you should have moved when visitation became an issue.
