So I have known this guy for 4 years. He was my first and last boyfriend. He gave me my first of everything. We have gone out before like three times. The first time it lasted for 7 months but he decided to break it off and the second time, I can't remember for how long it lasted but I broke it off and now the third time which is now.. he broke it off. We just broke up 4 days ago and this relationship has lasted for four months. The reason he broke up with me this time is because I was destroying all his stuff at his place. I started to scratch him with my nails and I even left him marks on his skin. I don't know why I did such an awful thing. I maybe do have anger management problems when it comes to him. So that is why he broke up with me and I think this time for good, we are over. Every time we would argue and stuff, I would come back home from his place and hours later, he would text me saying "I miss you.. when can I see you again?", he would never give up on me but this time, it's been four days straight and he hasn't even texted or call me. I guess he has completely given up on me.
The point is, I really miss him so much and I just can't stop thinking about him. It's been four days of lack of sleep and no eating due to me being so hung up on him. I can't get him off my mind and I can't stop crying. It's especially hard for me because he comes to my house every day to work out with my brother. He even sleeps over. So I have been locked up in my room for four days straight just so I won't see or hear him. But I can still hear him even though I'm in my room, that's how loud his voice is. I miss him so much. Will he ever come back to me? Do you think he'll give me another chance? What can I do to get over him? Please help.

How are you going to behave toward him if he gives you another chance? What if he says or does something that makes you angry or upset?

Instead of crying, do something positive, and proactive about that temper.

Who the hell in there right mind wants to be abused, or be with someone who tears their stuff up??

Get help with your anger-issues ,being angry is one thing,abusing someone and wrecking their belongings is totally out of order.

If he is that close a friend of your brothers,apologize and stop hiding in your room.

And get some anger management classes sorted out.

You treat him like crap when you have him and then cry like a baby when you don't have him. I'd suggest that he's had enough of your violence and tantrums. Sounds like you're only crying because you can't get your own way. What's with the drama?

It's time to take responsibility for your abusive behavior and get professional help. I don't know whether he'll come back - but you need to do some serious self examination before you're ready for another relationship.

I'm sorry to sound so harsh...

You know, society makes such a big deal when a man abuses women. I find it comical that when a woman hits/pushes/scratches/throws things/verbally abuses a man, that not a lot of action is taken, and that it is taken more lightly. It should be at the same level! Period!

You are lucky he didn't press charges against you. You put your hands on him, you destroyed his things... So on.

I strongly suggest that you get the help you need with your anger.

The reason he hasn't contacted you is because he is DONE, FINISHED! You say you have done this before and that he will text/call you, well clearly he has a breaking point in which YOU have done.

Please get help! You seem young, there is hope for you yet.
