What's the Best Way to Reattach Tin Porch Roofs?
    Hi, All!

If the edge or corner of a tin porch roof has become loose, what's the best way to reattach it, please? Nails might not do the job.

One of my corners is sticking up about a half foot!

    Thanks!

Recently I had the same problem with the tin roof of the shed I have at thr back.
It was worrying me, because a strong wind would have cleaned it right off.
I engaged a man to fix it.
    He said no great deal.
He had the right equipment and
    He screwed screws right round.
He had a tool which punchered the tin and an electric drill to screw the screws.
He finished the job in less than an hour.
    Total cost AUD $100.
I was very satisfied with the work.

Maintenance on Metal (Tin?) Porch Roof that is Peeling [ 1 Answers ]

My porch has a slanted roof. The roof has a soft flexy metal layer. I believe the metal is in rectangular sheets since I can see seams. There is a silver coating on top of the flexy layer that is peeling off. Also of note, the gutters are built into the roof. Most of the time, everything...
