    BMW transmition problem.
My 96 BMW 328is is having a weird problem. The car runs strong. But every time I come to a complete stop, when I push the gas pedal to go again the car stalls.the rpm rev up and after like a few seconds the car starts to go. The car is automatic. Even if I slow down to get a corner the car will rev up them stall for like 2 seconds then run again. Can someone tell me what could be wrong with it please?

I suggest you post this question on one of the BMW-dedicated boards, such as bimmerforum.com or bimmerfest.com - you're likely to get more answers there. These sites are arranged by specific model, so post your question in the E36 forum area (that's the code for the '96 3-series), and try to be more specific - does the engine actually stall (engine dies and you have to turn the key to get it staretd again), or does it just hesitate?
