    About Vehicle bought by 12/31/2009 to claim as Itemized deductions
    Hi,

    I am non resident alient for tax purpose. I am filing 1042 NR. I bought a new vehicle by 12/31/2009. I am wondering if I can claim it as Itemized deductions in 1042 NR EZ form.

    No, you cannot claim it as ANY type of deduction.
