    Bryant ceiling mount furnace
 thank you for your quick response, upon receiving your reply I was a bit more bewildered. I went to run it through a cycle and watched entirety.I am under the impression the fan is working properly(may be kicking on a bit early)the new problem I noticed is the burners run initially for about 3 minutes then shut off for about same amount of time. It appears to repeat this cycle which is why I thought flame was out of adjustment. Fan is basically blowing cold air, I didn't notice this first time, because I must have walked away before burners went out and when I checked it because of the slow warm up it was on a burn cycle again. This is a older(probably 20 yrs. Or better) bryant ceiling mount furnace model #125 341. Thank you in advance for any help. Mike

If your furnace has a fan switch it works this way: the fire comes on and the fan switch, which is set to come on at a certain temp, reacts to the heat and starts blowing, as soon as the temp of the air going by the fan switch is lower than the setting the fan stops till it is warmed again by the burners. If the room that this heater is in is very cold when your furnaces starts to operate then it is normal for the blower to turn on and off several times before the air is warm enough to not turn off the fan.
