    Bankruptcy and disability
    I live in New York @ I am on dissability. I want to apply for chapter 7. do I have to go yo credit councilling I f I cannot afford to do so or are there any exemptions allowed?

    If I understand it correctly yes now you have to try some of the credit counseling first.
