    Whirlpool dryer wGd5540sq0 PILOT
My dryer is no longer dispensing heat. My guess is that the gas dryer's pilot was no longer lit. But, there is no fron panel to check it. Can you be of assistance?

The diagram is here: WHIRLPOOL | Model #WGD5540SQ0 | RESIDENTIAL DRYER | SearsPartsDirect.com

I can't figure out how to view the ignitor.

There is a sticky concerning gas dryer triubleshooting here: https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/applia...ng-324952.html

There is no standing pilot in your unit.

    You probably nned an ignitor.
