    Child Support Questions
I have four girls with a woman who hates me with a passion. I was with this woman for 15 years. I've always been there for my kids and try to give them whatever they need. I only signed the birth certificates for three of them. When she's mad, she tells me I will never see my kids again. What rights do I have or what can I do? We have no communication. She talks to me through the kids, curses me out in front of my kids. Please help?

You need to go to court and ask for visitation. You can even go as far as to ask for custody. You'll also probably have to establish paternity for the daughter who's birth certificate you did not sign. Realize that when you go to court you'll probably also be ordered to pay child support, although since you mentioned you already try to give them whatever they need, I expect you'll consider that worth getting visitation.

Once you have a visitation order, if she refuses to let you see your children, you can take her back to court to have the order enforced.

Also you can get a restraining order on her so she does not speak to you in a tone that is degrading in front of the children. Also you should ask for written communication to be taking place and in a timely fashion. That way you don't have to put up with her BS and also you have proof in your hands if she gets out of hand and rheems you for something or other because she had anger issues.

    1. you get a child custody order in place that gives you your rights as to when you can see the children, where you pick them up and more.

    2. you arrange it where you don't see the mother, use a safe neutral area to exchange the children.

    3. if she does not follow the order take her back to court for contempt

    4. get the proper child support order in place and pay it.

** in the custody agreement you may have to prove paternity for the one you are not on the birth certificate.

Anything else such as "personal" agreement is not acceptable
