Oil leak, glow plugs, starter for f250
I have a 2002 f250 7.3 turbo diesel and am having some issues
    1. it won't start... I know that I fried the starter and replacing that, but what makes it not start with the slightest cool down in temp. It will eventually but slow and messed the starter up in the process. I have changed relays to the glow plugs and that helped for a while. It blows white smoke so its not burning hot enough

    2. I have an oil leak from the top under something, where some lines cross, fills up a valley and then leaks out. Can drip as much as 3 - 4 qts between fill ups. This was a recall I was told where would I find that out. Not sure what it even is called. (women truck drivers I know!! )

    3. So guess its glow plugs, oil leak and the starter for now.

Yes, I would focus on the glow plugs. These links should help:
