Custody battle with an ex meth head
I am just trying to get more info on how to get my son back before our first court date I had let my soon to be ex husband take my boys for the weekend and they he brought back my oldest son and not my youngest and served me with papers and he want's full custody of him and for me to pay child support! When this past yr and a half I have been the sole provider for both my boys! And I let him see them whenever they would call to see him!
I had a plan set up with his parents where the kids were not aloud at his home because he is unfit and the kids would stay at his parents for the weekend then come home unless I let them stay an extra day but they have lived with me for this year and a half he hasn't bought as much as a pair of pants for him! And he just goes to the court house and tells them I am trying to move out of state with my son so he want's custody and they just bam! Like that give him papers saying I have to be supervised when I see him?? This is ridiculous I have everything documented receipts of there food clothes school supplies hair cuts the whole nine I will win this in the end I have my head on straight but he just ripped my baby from me and my oldest son this is devastating I need to get him back asap before our nov court date he is with the unfit parent I am the one who has done everything for these boy's of mine!
    How does this happen?!

I don't know how this happens.

Your husband has to have LEGAL GROUNDS in order to request that custody be transferred to him and that you only have supervised visitation.

What are the grounds he used? If temporary relief was granted and you did not have the opportunity to appear the father had to make a very strong argument that you are planning to flee or are otherwise a danger to the child.

If your child is in danger with the father then you need to request an immediate, emergency hearing.
