    Wrongfully had parental rights terminated
    I need help my parental rights were wrongfully terminated in feb 2008 I filled motion of appeal but it wasn't successful.Now I'm in the hands of the suprem court I just hope the agree to hear the case.I don't know what to do if Suprem court doesn't hear the case.I have briefs and evidence on how Dyfs manipulated the court to terminate my rights and how they didn't help me with proper services.I comply with all of their requests.I comply with all services and on top of that I got good recommendations from all the Dyfs experts they all requested for unification with my child which never took place.My heart as a mother is broken.I can't believe this has happen to me.I don't have a criminal record never been in jail nothing.Well the baby father was the problem but he surrender to his rights.

    I don't know how you managed to get as far up as you have. They pulled all the lies and tricks on me and then some. I couldn't find anyone to help me fight them. Hopefully the Supreme Court does listen to you.
    Even more so hopefully they BELIEVE you because DFS is more often than not treated as 'above the law'
    I lost two of my kids to them with the lies they told and the things they pulled. I could write a book on the mess they put me AND my kids through.
