    Being allowed to listen to the radio
    Wearing what I want -which includes barefeet (in some jobs)
    Good environment/atmosphere
    Doing work I enjoy
    Being my own superviser
    Being allowed to have my smoothies when I want
    VARIETY and MORE variety
    Decent people that don't act like they are doing all the work whenever in reality they are running out for smokes every 15 minutes leaving you with all the work AND the boss pretends he doesn't see it and laughs it off when you mention it.
