    Basement leak
On a wall in my basement is a small door. Behind the door and right up next to the basement cement is a water valve, a spigot and a clear tube. Does any one know what this is for. Possible drainage? I am seeing water just below this but can't determine where the water is coming from.

Where do the pipes lead? Outside the wall? Into the floor? Are they pressured up? Does the clear tube have water in it? What's all that white stuff? Back to you, Tom
