Depression, Severe Social Phobia, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
I'm 18 and I can't get a job or go to college because I can't be around people. I end up completely breaking down and have even been known to pass out if I have to be around others. I also suffer from depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder because something that happened when I was younger. I feel like my family just doesn't understand. I don't know who I can talk to. I have trust issues because of what happened and don't trust anyone. Not even my family. I have been to see both a therapist and a psychatrist for about a year and was on medication but it didn't help. I just don't know what to do anymore, can anyone give advice?

Maybe you need to check yourself in an institution... you may need daily treatment and counseling
