This requires an electronics technician. It may be a power supply (high or low voltage) problem; one of the sweep circuits may be bad; etc. There are many other possible problems. In addition, you require safety equipment (isolation transformers), troubleshooting tools (multimeter, oscilloscope), and a knowledge of electronics.

You haven't provided very much information!

Did it ever work correctly on AV, or is this a new connection/new TV? Are your audio and video connected to the TV by separate cables (e.g. red/white/yellow RCA connectors)? What's the TV model number?

My first thought would be a cable problem, but let's see your answers first.

I suspect a cable problem also. I would verify you are plugged into a good input and correct source is selected, try another input, then try a known good output.
