    Getting info to other landlords on a bad renter
    Is there a site where anyone can go to, to find out the rating on a renter ?

    Or a site where you can go and worn about bad renters?

    I have a renter who I believe is not going to pay the money that she owes. The whole experience with this renter has been a nightmare from the beginning. She I feel is a pro at deceiving landlords. I know that she is moving some of her children to another state where she is working. While her older children and husband will stay here till the kids are out of school in June. I do know that the last landlord she had also is owed money...

    What can I do.

    Hello JG:

    Evict her, and be more careful next time. If you want to complain about her, try Angies list. I don't know about it, though.

    Thre is no one central place such ratings. A good landlord will perform due diligence by gatting 2-3 previous addresses and checking all of them. I would also check credit bureaus. Finally, check for a local or statewide landlord's association. They may be able to do background checks or have a black list of problem tenants.
