    Dual Citizenship in US and Germany?
    I was born in on a US military Base in Berlin (West) to an American father and a German Citizen mother. Am I eligible to apply for a German passport for myself and my children; and what are the necessary steps if it is possible?

    Children descended from one American parent and a German one obtain dual American/German citizenship upon birth.
