    Msconfig issues
    Hi Guys,
    I am having this strange issues in my laptop.
    1) I cannot make a window update
    2) I cannot make a update to window defender
    3) Can't access user accounts
    4) Can't access Parental control
    5) Can't access Services.msc
    6) Can't access MSconfig
    7) There is no file called msconfig.exe in my registry

    What has happened wrong.I have no clue.How to fix it?
    Please help me

    Your computer infected completely by virus, spyware, malware so, get some good scanning software and scan in the safe mode but you have download and install in the normal mode only because services can run only in normal mode only. You can download avg free antivirus or malwarebytes.
