Tough situation
Hey everyone!
I am kind of a nervous wreck right now, looking up pregnancy symptoms and stuff online so I figured I would just get some opinions from you guys! I'm 20 years old, and not in a relationship right now because I found out some shady stuff about my boyfriend this week. Ever since I've found out I've been upset, but now I have calmed down about the whole thing and I am still feeling sick. I had sex with him twice, and both times we used a condom (which I know really means nothing since they are not 100% reliable). I had to take a pregnancy test on January 27th at my doctors because I was having a colposcopy and it came back negative, but I had sex on the 31st so I am afraid I could be pregnant.
My symptoms are:
-tiredness
-nervous feeling/bloated feeling in my stomach 24/7
-lower back pain
-headache/stiffness in neck (off and on)
-and that weird flu-ish feeling
I am not supposed to start my period for a couple days, but I think its weird that I am feeling so sick all the time. I know I should probably wait until I get (or don't get) my period. But I am supposed to go talk to my ex about the issues we have, and if I could possibly be pregnant I don't want to do or say anything that will make the situation even more difficult. So if you have an opinion I would love to hear it, or advice, or anything. Not sure if I am making sense cause I have haven't had much sleep in the past 2 days worrying about all this. So if this makes sense, help! Lol
ALSO, I am going to be responsible for my actions no matter what, and I am strongly against abortion so if your advice has anything to do with that don't tell me cause that isn't happening! :)

While pregnancy will be a possibility, it may be that you are just ill and/or feeling stressed from the relationship. Most women would not be feeling any pregnancy symptoms that quickly as it takes roughly a week or so for a fertilized egg to even implant.
I wouldn't mention the possibility of being pregnant, no sense in adding another issue to the relationship if you don't know for sure. See what happens when your period is due. If no period, give it about a week after to see if it is just late due to feeling stress or being sick, and test at that time if need be.

Anytime there's intercourse, there's a chance of pregnancy. But I have a hunch that you're just stressed and overwhelmed.
Doula is right. Give it a week after your anticipated period, if you still haven't started, take a test with your first morning urine. In the meantime, try not to worry about pregnancy. The chances are pretty slim from what you've described.
I'm sorry you've got so much going on. Grab your girlfriends and have a "healing" evening. Watch chick flicks like When Harry Met Sally, and eat some Ben & Jerry's.
*Hugs*

Yeah, I think what I am feeling is just pms or something like that. But I am the type that when something goes wrong I turn all hypochondriac and worry about every little thing. I think I am just upset because I'm trying to move out and forget about stuff and this guy won't leave me alone. Also, I could be getting sick because for a month I haven't been able to sleep at night (if anyone has any suggestions on how to help with that, that would be awesome because not being able to sleep at night SUCKS!)
You'd think I'd be used to this crap by now cause I always get screwed over by the guys I date. Bottom line, guys suck! Ha

Try a couple nights of Benadryl. Or there's a Tylenol sleep aid that supposed to be non-addictive. I can't remember it's name (Simply Sleep?) but check the over the counter sleep aids at the drug store for anything non-habit forming.
Are you 21 or older? I suggest taking a hot bath with a good book. Light some candles and use bubble bath. Turn on some soft music and just tune everything else out. Take deep breaths. (If you're over 21 and it's established that you're not pregnant, add a glass of wine to this regimen, otherwise stick with some decaf tea.)
You've got a lot of stress in your life right now. Remember to take care of yourself.

I think I will try the benedryl tonight that sounds like a good idea. Although I'm not sure I will have trouble sleeping tonight I feel really worn down, I know I am getting the flu or something. Officially not worried about being pregnant!

Tough one... maybe...

This may be a tough one. I have a Florida drivers license. While on my honeymoon in Maui I got a DUI. I lost my driving privileges initially for one year but we got it down to 90 days. I currently live in San Diego, CA. My question is how do I get my license reinstated after the 90 days is up....
