    I need to know, what the written translation of the word "balance" is in Sanskrit?

    संतुलन is "balance" in sanskrit.

    But that is more like balancing on an edge. If you are looking for the deeper meaning of "balance", as in Upeska (Upekṣā)... the Buddhist word for equanimity, the purifying mental state... you would be looking for this sanskrit word: उपेक्षा
