    Banckputcy selling home under chapter13
    My husband and I are in our second year of bankrutpcy and the interst rate keeps own changing were when we started on our loan our laweyer told us that it wolud not change but it keeps changing so how do we go about selling our home and how long would it taake before we can get into a nother home

    What interest rate? The interest rate on your home? Have you asked your lawyer about the change in interest rate? Have you asked the Chapter 13 Trustee?
