    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Exactly, you get proof and not hearsay. If you are thinking about a lawsuit you must have suffered financial damages (or great emotional damages) and the info being passed around must be 100% false -
