    Alcohol in pregnancy
    I have been drinking during pregnancy practically every day. This was before I realised I was pregnant but now at 7 weeks pregnant I am still comtinuing to drink although not as much.

    I feel sick in my stomach to think of the damage that I have done and I am now very worried about whether my baby is OK??

    Well I would adivse you to STOP! You need to see a dr get your pregnancy confermed( if u haven't done so) find an obgyn and express your problem to them and they can tell as your baby devolpes if you have caused any damage to your baby. And the best thing for u would to stop drinking and start eatting very heathly and make sure to eat your daily vit.
