    Hi my brother in law is getting married he is an immigrant his fiancé is a U.S citizen what will they need to do in order to help him fix his residence?:)

    Is he legal or illegal?

    If he overstayed his visa OR if he entered US without inspection, he needs an experienced immigration lawyer.
