    Hi I have a question my mom is from Mexico witch makes her a imigerent and as for me I was born in California. How can I help my mom get her residence or green card.But I'm only 18 years old what can I do?

    You must meet eligibility...

    • Age 18 or older.
    • Have evidence of paying income tax at 125% of poverty guidelines for at least 3 years.
    • No criminal record.

    Your mother must be outside US and never has record of overstay her visa or illegally enter US. If she has both or either one, you need a lawyer.
