    Change deed
    My husbend passed away. Deed and loan on house only his name. I went to courthouse and I receive letter of administration. I want change( or add) name on deed. Where I can make this change?

    Is there a will ? Are you going though Probate ?

    I assume the letters of administration appoint your as asministrator to the estate. If you are the sole heir, then you can file a quit claim deed transferring ownership to you.
