    My daughter
    I have a 9 year old daughter I raised her all her life when she was for her mom came and took her, now I can't see her cause of her dude ,what can I do about that, I went to court and they put a restraining order, cause he says he fears me what dooes that have to do wit my daughter, what had happened is me and him got into an argument on the phone cause my daughter said he beat her I went to the law and they both denied it and the next day they both went down and filed a restraining order cause they figured id do something to them 4 lying and with my criminal record they agreed to the order and yes I do pay child support

    You have a nine year old daughter and raised her all her life. When she was for her mom can and took her now.? What does this mean. I am very confused at the way you wrote your question.

    The court order put a restraining order on you? Please try to explain your problem clearer with the whole story.

    I would get a lawyer if I could afford it. If not then give these numbers a call, maybe they can point you in the right direction. I have a lot of respect for men that want to stand up and be a part of their children's life. Good luck.

    You are the girl's father? Now the mother has her and the boyfriend is afraid of you? Is this what you mean?
    Does the mother have legal custody of her?
    We really need more information.

    Do you pay child support ? Is there court ordered custody ? This is really between you and the mother and its easy to side step the boyfriend issue. What was in the complaint that made him " fear " you ?
