I have a 9 year old daughter I raised her all her life when she was for her mom came and took her, now I can't see her cause of her dude ,what can I do about that, I went to court and they put a restraining order, cause he says he fears me what dooes that have to do wit my daughter, what had happened is me and him got into an argument on the phone cause my daughter said he beat her I went to the law and they both denied it and the next day they both went down and filed a restraining order cause they figured id do something to them 4 lying and with my criminal record they agreed to the order and yes I do pay child support
