    Probation violation
OK so I have been on probation for just about 2years wit a year to go and my p.o. violated me cause not complying with droping uring constantly,as well as not getting drug assessment,so I go to cour this week what might happen?

Im required to drop urine once a week which I have been doing for almost two years although I have missed a time or two but I have dropped more theni have not,and so I wasn't issued awarrant just a court date for violation so what ma happen?. I haven't been in any trouble since being on probation!

    Thanks

The Judge could revoke you and you could go to jail under the terms of the original sentence (you received probation in lieu of jail); you could get another chance.

With the word "constantly" in your post I am thinking you are not complying, you will be violated, you will go to jail.

You already asked this question and JudyKT answered it. The fact you missed "a time or two" means that the judge is not happy that you did this and wants to have a formal coversation in court to hear your side of why you missed a few times and why he should allow you to keep on probation versus spend some time in jail.

Yes, someone, PO, judge, someone is unhappy, and you had better have a good story why you missed, and if you missed, did you call in and explain or just miss??

So what can happen, they can put you in jail for a short time to teach you a lesson that every time means every time, They can put you on a higher level of probation, or they can even just revolk it and send you to jail to serve your sentence.

Since it appears you don't seem to think missing it a time or two is a issue, most likely they will do something to get you to understand it is more serous than you believe it is.

    Pt. 3 Violation of Probation
Thanks for those that answered my questions.. but since I know I could be possibly facing jail time my question is since this is my first violation out of the 2 of the three years I'm suppose to be on probation and since the violation is not costant urine drops what could possibly be my sentence??

    Thanks

A few days jail, personal guess, if the PO was not wanting something done, they would not have had to you before the jduge
