I got put on probation in sept 2005 I have paid all of my retatution fines I had a dirty drop in April 2007 and in aug 2007 my p.o tells me I have $62 to pay and the next time he see's me is in sept and that's the last time I will see he although I was suppose to get of in oct 2007 well I paid the money and when I seen him in sept he ask me if I got my letter to revolk my probation I said know cause I haven't received it well I didn't even know what it was when I got home the letter was there and it said it was because of the drope in April. Well the question I want to ask is can do that and if my probation was not revolked what going to happen when I go for sentencing what going to happen (keep in mind this is my first off. And it was a poss. Of mariquana charge and every thing is paid
