    Judgement waiting time in Florida
    After a judgement is entered agaist a person, does the collection agency have to to wait a period before they can file a garnishment on your Bank account in FLorida

    You normally have 30 days to file an appeal on a small claims case so yes, they would be required to wait that 30 days before they could go for garnishment or levy to collect the judgment.

    While I can't say 100% for Florida, this is usually the case.
