    I have a client who uses IBM application server software. From time to time when we have issues we have to open a support ticket called a PMR. When you first open a PMR they send you a bunch of emails, fortunately they tell you how you can stop those emails if you want to. This is from an actual email I received from IBM, this part tells you how to stop the emails if you have no internet access...
