    Dish Washer vent
I just removed my dish washer vent to clean and forgot which way the vent is supposed to point. Is it to the rear facing away from sink or to the front facing the sink? Thanks!

I assume that you are speaking of the chrome cover with slots in it. The slots should face the sink so that if any water should comes out due to a blocked hose to the drain, it will run into the sink.

You are atlking about the removable cover , right? I don't believe you actually removed the vent itself did you. Harold is correct on the direction of the cover.
