    Toilet Vent
    Hello,

I live in Atlanta, Georgia and I need to pass my plumbing inspection on a finished basement bathroom. My toilet discharges into my pump which is vented to the outside.
My question is: Do I need to have a separate studor vent for the toilet?

    Thanks for your assistance!

In my area, no, the toilet will be wet vented by the lavatory vent,(you do have a bathroom group and not just a toilet? In which case the toilet must be vented.) Let me know what your set-up is. However, your local code may mandate a separate toilet vent. Check to see if a vent's needed and if it is can you use a AAV to vent it. Good luck, Tom
