    Water in my home is surging
    We are on public water system and have lived in our home for 6 months. The house is was built in 1987. For about a month now when ever water in the house is being used it makes a surging noise. There is a surging of the water pressure when ever it is running. I do not know what is causing it, can anyone help?

    Have you called out the water department to check your water meter? Do you have a PRV (Pressure Regulator Valve) installed. Do you know the cit pressure out in the main? Back to you, Tom
