    Kitchen Conversions
    Hello,
    I was wondering...

    How many litres is 2/3 of a cup? (Soda)
    How many grams is 2 cups? (shredded cheese)

    A liter is 1000ml right? If that's right then 2/3 cup would be equivalent to 150-170 milliliters. The numbers are different because 2/3 cup UK is different than US. The US measurment of 2/3 cup would be 150 ml.

    5 tablespoons of shredded cheese weighs about 28 grms (1oz.) 2 Cups 32 oz of shredded cheese would weigh approximately 180 grams.

    I screw up with math. The basic numbers are close, but my figuring may have gone wrong.
