I'm not sure I can trust him.
I've been dating this guy for about a month(obiously nothing too serious), but I've known him for a few months. We had an immediate attraction and up until now everything has been going perfectly. He was talking on the phone with me one day and eventually said he thought Jessica Alba was hot. I was so pissed that he would say something like that I ended up hanging up on him. He called me back of course and appologised, but the fact that he would say that really hurts me. I'm not the kind of person who get's so attached to a guy that I'm willing to let things like that slide. He knows that I don't feel the same way around him anymore and I told him I was going to think about things. (meaning our relationship). I'm not sure if I should stay together with him. I can't even say I love him anymore without feeling like I just lied. Is this just something I should get over, or should I end it? I'm not sure what to do!:(

Jessica Alba? Jessica ALBA?? You got upset because he said she is hot?? Good grief!!

She is no competition, is she, or does he have a date with her next weekend?

I honestly don't understand why you don't trust him. Please explain.

It's not the fact that it was Jessica Alba, it was the fact that he said anyone was hot at all! I mean what was the point of telling me that he found someone attractive. And that's not the only girl he's talked about. That's why I don't trust him as much. He's told me about other girls. I thinks it's stupid for him to talk about any other girl, especially to ME.

I think that is truly a mark in your favor, that he feels so comfortable with you that he can talk about other girls with you.

If he didn't talk about other girls, would you wonder if he's thinking about other girls, even when he's with you?

That's true, but I still kind of feel like I'm not good enough in a way. When talks about other girls. Is he trying to say he wants me to be more like them or something?

Nope. He's saying you are so special and I feel so at home with you that I know I can talk about anything that crosses my mind, including other girls. I know you will still like me and really do accept me as I am.

Plus, he is just being a typical male. Males are very visual creatures.

Thank goodness he has you in his life to be understanding.

Seriously all guys are going to think other girls are hot! Just because you love someone doesn't mean you can't find other people attractive. People are beautiful everywhere but to find someone you love is hard. Let him appreciate beauty and love you. Everybody wins.:)And just because he finds her attractive doesn't mean he won't still find you attractive and I think it might be beneficial for you to analyze the difference between love and lust. It is all up to your heart but that's my advice

Revocable Trust (Grantor) Trust w/3rd party trustee [ 2 Answers ]

It was my understanding that if a grantor set up a revocable trust and a third party (let's say a bank) was named as trustee, the trustee was required to file a Form 1041. I am unable to locate any IRC or other guidance that would confirm or deny this. Please help. Thank you. Diana
