    Renting a home in foreclosure
    Help me. I just found out the owner of a home I am renting is not paying the mortgage how can I find out where the home is in the foreclosure process? I am living in CA.

    You would have to find out who is carrying his mortgage and ask them. They may also file a lis pendens with the county as the initial step in a foreclosure and that would be registered with the county clerk.
