    What are my rights when a house in which I live is in foreclosure? And how would I know how much time I will have to vacate ?

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Did you read my answer in the other thread you posted in? It basically answered you. A foreclosure voids any leases so you have very little rights. How much time you have depends on the new owner, the lender that foreclosed or local courts.
