    Ceiling fan wiring
I had to replace my ceiling fan and can't remember how to wire. I have 4 switches, one that operates the fan only, the other 3 operate the light. From the hole in the ceiling the wires that come out are 1 red, 2 black, and 2 white as well as a bear copper wire. The ceiling fan has one red, one black and one white. I have tried every combination poss. Please help

    First guess would be:

    Blacks - fan black
    Red - fan red
    Whites - fan white.

IF the switches are reversed then switch the black and red wire. If this doesn't work we will need more information.
