Um, brother-sister, cousins, any number of combinations, NK.

To be honest I personally don't consider cousin-cousin to be incest. A brother-sister sexual relationship occurring on it's own is a symptom of a seriously dysfunctional family which would be a terrible legacy for parenting a child. While I agree that it is not rape per se I'd still be pro-choice in this situation.
